Curtis Bauer Poetry Reading

Bauer readingPoet Curtis Bauer will be reading at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19 in the Center for Multicultural Education. This event is co-sponsored by the Department of Languages & Literatures.


Curtis Bauer is the author of three poetry collections, Fence Line (2004), winner of the John Cardi Poetry Prize; Spanish Sketchbooks (2012); and The Real Cause for Your Absence (2013); as well as the translator for several editions of poetry.  He teaches creative writing and comparative literature at Texas Tech University, and he is the publisher and editor of Q Ave. Press Chapbooks.
